After serving as a director for many years, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of modern life on mental health. Both my team, colleagues, friends and I grappled with stress, and I saw how it eroded our self-esteem and overall well-being. The demands of the workplace, coupled with the fast pace of our personal lives, leave little room to truly take care of ourselves.

Over the past year, while navigating a challenging work environment, I dedicated myself to exploring various techniques and methodologies to manage stress and build self-confidence. I experimented with yoga, meditation, dietary adjustments, coaching practices, travelled the world. These experiences transformed my life, helping me achieve a sense of balance and a renewed sense of self-worth. However, it also made me realize that human beings are complex, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution.

This journey inspired me to create MyShiftUp, a platform designed to unlock balance and well-being for everyone through simple, effective techniques and practices. I am excited to bring together techniques from professionals all over the world into one convenient place.

In addition, MyShiftUp provides individual online sessions, in-person retreats, and workshops to further support your journey towards self-confidence and self-development. Our mission is to empower each individual to manage stress, build self-esteem, and lead a healthier, more balanced life.
