Friday 4th of October 2024

• From 5pm: Welcome infusion and check in
• 7 pm: Introduction and inspiration
• 7.30 pm: Dinner

Saturday 5th of October 2024

• 7 am: short meditation
• 7.30 – 8.30 am: Vinyasa Yoga – grounding full body flow (all levels)
• 8.45 am: Breakfast
• 10 am – 12 am: Vision board – Part 1: define your value
• 1 pm: lunch
• 2 – 3 pm: (optional) hike to the secret waterfalls
• 3 pm – 5 pm: Vision board – Part 2: visualisation and goals definition
• 5 pm – 5.30 pm: breathing exercise – release what no longer serves you and recharge in positivity and creativity
• 7.30 pm: dinner and release ceremony

Sunday 6th of October 2024

• 7 am: short meditation – Building self confidence
• 7.30 – 8.30 am: Vinyasa Yoga – Opening the Heart
• 8.45 am: Breakfast
• 10 am – 12 am: Vision board – Part 3: refine the vision
• 1 pm: lunch
• 3 pm – 4 pm: Vision board – Part 4: sharing vision boards (not mandatory)
• 4.30 pm – 5 pm: breathing exercise and closing of the week end
